18 Things to Do with your Kids in Winston-Salem

Are you constantly on the hunt for something to do with the kids?  Luckily, with Macaroni KID Winston-Salem, we make it easy to find that and more in two easy locations: our website and with our FREE weekly newsletter.   4. Shop and dine in downtown Winston-Salem: Downtown Winston-Salem offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes to explore.
  5. Enjoy a performance at the Stevens Center: This historic theater offers a variety of shows and events throughout the year, including family-friendly performances.
  6. Go for a bike ride on the Salem Lake Trail: This scenic trail offers 7 miles of paved trails for biking, hiking, and walking.
  7. Take a tour of Old Salem Museums & Gardens: This living history museum offers a variety of educational tours and programs.
  8. Explore the Winston-Salem Arts District: This neighborhood is home to numerous galleries, studios, and shops featuring the work of local artists.
