Winston-Salem's Library Line-Up

By Jeffrey Willey Macaroni KID Winston-Salem Publisher November 17, 2022

A library is no longer just a place to check out books! Did you know that the Forsyth County Public Library provides valuable resources for nonprofits and small businesses? You can also attend one of the many events they offer—most of which are free!

With 10 physical branches and a virtual location open 24/7, the library hosts an impressive 15,000 events across its locations. They even offer access to a peer support specialist who can assist with essential services like housing assistance, medical care, mental health counseling, and financial aid.

From e-books to book clubs, there’s truly something for everyone at the library. Check out the list of branches below, find the one nearest to you, and explore all they have to offer!
